Registration for the ÖHV newsletter A prerequisite for receiving the ÖHV newsletter is a previous registration by correctly specifying the name and email address.

 

The data obtained are processed with automation support and for member, prospect and contact support as well as marketing purposes of the

Austrian hemp association used.

The transmitted data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

 

In addition, upon registration in the newsletter database, consent to the transmission of e-mails ("newsletter") and other mailings from the Austrian Hemp Association (ÖHV) to the e-mail address given is expressly granted in accordance with Section 107 of the Telecommunications Act.

 

The aforementioned declaration of consent can be revoked at any time by written declaration to Österreichischer Hanfverband, A-1060 Vienna, Mittelgasse 6/5, or by email to office@hanfverband.at or via the unsubscribe link in a newsletter.

Such a revocation results in the inadmissibility of the further processing of the data and the transmission of e-mails (“newsletters”) or other mailings.
